Community Action in Real Estate
C.A.R.E. Groups
Check out the big opportunities for investors in the real estate community C.A.R.E. groups.
Throughout the month Fort Wayne REIA™ members will be able to meet in a variety of locations in various subgroups each with its own specific, centralized purpose and focus. These groups are called C.A.R.E. Groups (Community Action in Real Estate)
A C.A.R.E. Group provides you an opportunity for a special interest walk-in subgroup to discuss, learn and teach a specific topic or type of real estate investing.
For example, the first Fort Wayne Real Estate C.A.R.E. Group that is now taking form has been centralized around landlording. This Fort Wayne Real Estate C.A.R.E. Group will be for landlords of all experience levels and investors who want to be in the profession. Meetings will discuss landlord topics decided on by the group.
New subgroups bring together a close-knit environment and outstanding opportunities for learning a niche and building business relationships. C.A.R.E. groups also get their own private discussion form to exchange notes online.
Members can also apply to participate in geographically located and special interest Subgroups of experienced and novice investors who network monthly to share knowledge, discuss problems, stay motivated, and relate experiences.
Do you have an interest in a niche or topic you would like to focus on?
Interest has been expressed for other C.A.R.E. Groups for new investors, women investors and commercial. Keep an eye on the website and your inbox for more information on starting or joining a CARE group.
