REIA Certificates of Completion are certifications you earn for the courses you have completely watched on REIA. Upon completion of a course, a certificate will be presented to you at the next REIA LIVE Main Event™ that you attend.
Certificate of Completions can be viewed online, shared and used as references and resumes.
We suggest that members send either copies of their Certificates of Completion or a link to their Certificates of Completion to potential clients, employers, colleagues, or friends to share more about their professional education, skills, and interests.
What kind of membership plan is required to earn Certificates?
Any active REIA membership plan that requires you to log in with a user name and password to REIA will include complimentary access to Certificates of Completion. This includes Basic and Lifetime memberships. There is no additional charge for earning Certificates, as this is a feature included in all of our memberships.

What courses are required to earn the Certificate?
The majority of REIA courses are eligible for earning a Certificate of Completion. However, sponsored partner courses are not eligible for earning a Certificate of Completion. The course sections members need to complete to receive a Certificate of Completion are listed here.
Note: You may also not receive a Certificate of Completion if you haven’t watched every video for each specific sections.
How does REIA verify the work?
The REIA Member Academy system is able to track when a member watches and finishes a course in a title.
How do Certificates of Completion compare to an online degree or a certificate from a vocational school or vendor?
The REIA Certificates of Completion program is not the same as a degree program. REIA Certificates are not endorsed or recognized by third parties. For example, training programs that software and hardware companies have for their own software are not the same as the REIA program.
Completing a course does not mean that the member is then certified in that respective area of real estate, it only reflects that you have completed the REIA course and therefore should be competent in that area.
Can REIA Certificates be verified by potential employers when used on a resume?
REIA urges members to include links to their Certificates of Completion page on their resume or applications so that employers and others can verify them on the website.
