One of the most important things you can do to benefit from your local REIA is to become a member. You’ve done that. Congratulations!
You’ll soon find that the small investment to join will seem like pennies compared to the benefits you’ll receive from being a member, the deals you’ll be able to do, and the investor relations you’ll develope. But it does take work on your end. We’ll do our part, but you have to do your part.

GETTING PLUGGED IN
Hands down the best way to get the most from your REIA membership is to be an active member. Get involved in the community and in to the Member Academy to devour the content. Do both now – not later when you ‘get a chance’. We all know that ‘later’ never comes – life happens.
That’s when we put off those little, seemingly inconsequential things in favor of those things that appear to be important in the moment but in the big picture have no effect on your accomplishment of your long-term goals. Those big goals like more satisfaction with life, accumulation of wealth and education, less stress and more security.
Those subtle traps that distract you from focusing on your big goals are called “Time Vampires” and you need to say NO to them until your tongue bleeds if you want to be successful in anything and be the best version of you.
FACT: After more than 34 years of being involved in business and real estate we have found that those who take action immediately after joining tend to succeed more often, have more fun & get to their goals quicker.
Part of the reason behind the above fact is this: when you plug in, when you contribute, whether that be sharing some of your time, your encouragement, sharing your skills,… whatever… your contribution comes back you in more abundance.
