Your credit and equity won’t matter as much but the dollar and/or economy tanks. See why it matters to investors that the US bond yield inverted. Get liquid and get property during the downturn because your property may go down that rents will stay largely unaffected. So real estate is as good as gold when the dollar stumbles.
